Use this session to print a list of texts in which patterns are found.

You must first select a range of texts in which you want to search for patterns. The keywords are searched for in the main language. Then you must fill the pattern fields with the text you want to be searched. You can search for two patterns at a time. This can be useful when searching for words (for example, beginning with a capital or not).

If requested, Tools also prints:

  • Each line at which the pattern was found.
  • The number of lines.

 

Lingua principale
The language in which the selection ranges of keywords are specified.
Nota

The main language is also the language in which Tools searches the texts.

Stampa righe testo
If this check box is selected, Tools prints each line in which one of the patterns is found.
Modello 1
The first of the two patterns you can search for. You can search for any string.

Tools ignores space characters.

The second of the two patterns you can search for. You can search for any string.
