Audit Trail Security (ttaud3137m000)

Use this session to determine the security settings of the audit trail files ( sequence files).

Remarque
  • The security settings you define in this session are effective immediately. It is not required, nor possible, to convert them to run time.
  • If no restrictions are set to the use of this session, any user can change the security settings in this session. To define the permissions for users of this session, use the Autorisations d'audit (ttaad4562m000) session. Note that the Autorisations d'audit (ttaad4562m000) session can only be run by the admin user.

If this check box is selected, the security settings apply for all companies in the selected package(s), module(s), and table(s).
All Modules
If this check box is selected, the security settings apply for all modules in the selected package.
Remarque

If this check box is selected, the All Tables check box is also automatically selected and cannot be cleared.

All Packages
If this check box is selected, the security settings apply for all packages, modules, tables, and companies.
Remarque
  • Only one record can have this check box selected.
  • If this check box is selected, other records define exceptions.
All Tables
If this check box is selected, the security settings apply for all tables in the selected module.
Cleaning Allowed
If this check box is selected, the sequence files in the selection can be purged in the Purge des fichiers d'audit (ttaad4261m000) session.
Company Group
The company group you defined in the Company Groups (ttaud3140m000) session.
Maintaining Allowed
If this check box is selected, the sequence files in the selection can be updated. In practice, this means that an open sequence file can be terminated. You can terminate a sequence file in the Affichage des séquences d'audit (ttaad4560s000) session.
Module
Enter the Module for which you want to define audit security settings.
Application
Enter the Package for which you want to define audit security settings.
Printing Allowed
If this check box is selected, the sequence files in the selection can be printed, in the Impression de plage de fichiers d'audit (ttaad4461m000) session, and the Impression plage de fichiers d'audit (multilignes) (ttaad4463m000) session.
Table
Enter the Table for which you want to define audit security settings.
