Autorisations de table par société (ttams3144m000)

Use this session to maintain the database table authorizations at company level per role. This means that the normal users that are linked to the role can be restricted to specific database actions on records of tables at company level.

You can define the database table authorizations for all companies or for a specific company. The authorizations for the specific company have the highest priority in this case.

You can define what actions are permitted for the table. For example, insert, read, delete, modify, and so on.

You can use the Vues, Actions ou Références menu to:

  • Modify the authorizations for a range of companies
  • Copy a range of companies in the current role
  • Convert the changes of the database table authorizations to the run-time data dictionary
Remarque

You can maintain exceptions to the database table authorizations at company level at the following levels:

  • The package level by using the Autorisations de table par application (ttams3140m000) session
  • The module level by using the Autorisations de table par module (ttams3141m000) session
  • The table level by using the Autorisations de table par table (ttams3142m000) session
  • The table-data level by using the Autorisations de données de table (ttams3145m000) session

All Companies
If this check box is selected, the authorizations are defined for all companies.

If authorizations are defined for a specific company as well as for all companies, they can overlap. The authorizations for a specific company have the highest priority. If you want to define the authorizations for a specific company, you must define this company in the following field.

Société
Specifies the code of the specific company for which the database table authorizations at company level are defined.
Description
The description of the company.
Indicateur d'autorisation
Specifies the type of authorization that is defined for the database table authorizations in the specified company. This information is used by the server to determine whether a user is authorized to perform a database action on the tables in the company.
