Personnalisation d'écran (ttadv9210m000)

Use this session to personalize form tabs and fields in detail sessions and overview sessions. In overview sessions you can personalize columns in the grid and, if present, view fields above the grid.

After you defined, modified, or removed personalizations, you must restart the session concerned.

This session consists of these panes:

  • Form tabs

    Displays the form tabs in the session.

    If the session does not contain tabs, this pane is hidden.

  • Visible Fields

    Displays the fields that are visible on the form.

    The fields are displayed in a tree structure. View fields, if present, are displayed in the upper part of the tree.

  • Properties

    Displays the properties of the tab that you selected in the Form tabs pane, or the properties of the field that you selected in the Visible Fields pane.

  • Hidden Fields

    Displays the fields that can be made visible on the form.

This table shows the actions that you can perform when you select a tab in the Form tabs pane:

In the Properties pane, specify the new label text.

Format the fieldTo make the font bold, italic, or large, select the appropriate check boxes in the Properties pane.

To change the color of the field, click Select Color in the Properties pane. A dialog appears. Select the desired color and click OK.

Hide the field

On the Visible Fields pane's toolbar, click the right arrow button.

Alternatively, on the Vues, Actions ou Références menu, select Hide field.

Move the field to another position (in the grid)Drag the field to the desired position. Alternatively, use the up and down arrow buttons or the Move field up and Move field down commands in the Vues, Actions ou Références menu. To move the field to another tab, move the field to the corresponding folder in the tree.

After moving fields to another tab, you cannot personalize the fields in WorkTop anymore.

Unhide the field

On the Hidden Fields pane's toolbar, click the left arrow button.

 

Fields with additional information

Some fields have linked fields, which contain additional information. If a field has a linked field, these nodes are displayed:

  • [Main Field name]

    For example: Assembly Kit or Landed Costs Classification

  • Field linked to ([Main Field name])

    For example: Field linked to (Assembly Kit) or Field linked to (Landed Costs Classification)

If you unhide a main field, the corresponding linked field stays hidden.

If you unhide a field that is linked to a main field, the main field is also displayed.

Referenced customer defined fields information

If the selected field is a referenced customer defined field, the main table field that refers to the customer defined field is displayed in the status bar.

Other actions

To perform these actions, you do not have to select a field:

Click Show Field code again to hide the field codes.
