Empleado A code that identifies the employee. Nombre The name of the employee. Sustituto The deputy of the employee. Nota The employee that you select in this field will get all work items distributed that normally would be assigned to the employee mentioned in the Empleado field. Only if the user that you select in this field has the proper roles, the work items that are distributed to this user can be carry out. Departamento The department the employee works for. Dirección de correo The E-mail address of the employee. Número de teléfono The phone number of the employee. Número de fax The fax number of the employee. Horas de trabajo (%) The percentage indicates the total working hours of the employee. Nota The percentage that is specified refers to the employee's working hours per day. It is used by Workflow to distribute the workload evenly among the employees by taking their respective working hours into consideration. Fecha The date when the last changes were made to this session. Hora The time when the last changes were made to this session. Usuario The user who made the last changes in this session. User The name of the user who made the last changes in this session. Substitute The name of the employee's deputy. Fecha de contrato The date when the employee started to work for
the organization. Fecha de baja laboral The date when the employee finished working
for the organization. Nota After this date the employee can no longer be linked to any model item. No empleado Si esta casilla de verificación está seleccionada, the employee no longer works for
the organization, or is not yet employed. Usuario ERP A person who is authorized to log on to the LN applications, and
for whom data such as a startup menu, an operational language, and roles
(authorizations) is defined. Nota An ERP user can be linked to only one employee. ERP User The user's full name.
