Item, Lot and Serial Transactions (whltc3510m000)Use this session to display the transactions related to the item, lot, and/or serial number selected in the Tracking (whltc3800m000) session (the graph) or in the Selection (whltc3600m200) session. The Selection (whltc3600m200) session is located in the upper left of the Item, Lot and Serial 360 (whltc3600m100) session. The graph is located in the upper right of the Item, Lot and Serial 360 (whltc3600m100) session. Select a transaction line to access the warehousing orders, originating orders, inspections, quarantine details, and so on related to the transaction using the appropriate menu.
Item The code of the item. Description The description or name of the code. Lot The lot number. Serial Number The serial number. Serial Status The status of the serialized item. The status indicates whether the item is in use in Service, in Manufacturing, or is still free to be used. The statuses Initial, Used in As-Built, and Used in As-Maintained indicate the phases in the product life cycle of the serialized item. Allowed values Date The date on which the order is modified. Business Object The type of business object. Business Object The business object number. Business Object Event The transaction activity, based on logistical events. Warehouse The code of the warehouse. Description The description or name of the code. Business Partner The code of the business partner. Description The description or name of the code. Quantity (Inventory Unit) The lot or serial quantity. Unit The quantity, expressed in inventory unit. User The logon code of the user. Sequence The sequence number. Reference

Originating Order Displays the originating order of the transaction. Warehouse Inspections Starts the Warehouse Inspection (whinh3622m000) session displaying the inspection details of the transaction. Quarantine Inventory Displays the quarantine details of the transaction. Order Inspections Starts the Orders Inspections (qmptc1120m000) session displaying the inspection order details of the transaction. Non-Conforming Material Report Starts the Non-Conformance Reports (qmncm1100m000) session displaying the non-conformance material report (NCMR) report relating to the transaction. Calls Starts the Calls (tsclm1100m100) session displaying the call relating to the transaction. Order - Serials Starts the Order - Serials (whltc5512m000) session displaying the order and serial details of the transaction.
