Inbound Order Line Lots and Serials (whinh2116m000)Use this session to view lot and serial numbers for items listed on the current inbound order line. The lots/serials in inventory (low volume scenario) and the lot/serials not in inventory (high volume scenario) are displayed in this session.
Order The origin of the inbound order line. Order The code of the warehousing order. LN uses the series specified in the Series field of the Warehousing Orders (whinh2100m000) session to generate the order number. If the warehousing order is generated for an order from a package other than Warehousing, this number corresponds to the original order number and is not based on the series specified in the Series field. Order The order set groups order lines of the same order. The order lines are grouped if the following attributes match:
Line The number of the order line. Line The sequence number of the warehousing order line. Date The date on which the record is registered. Distribution Sequence The identification of a record in the distribution table in Sequence. Serial Number The unique identification of a single physical item. LN uses a mask to generate the serial number. The serial number can consist of multiple data segments that represent, for example, a date, model and color information, sequence number, and so on. Serial numbers can be generated for items and for tools. Lot The number of the lot. Ordered Quantity in Order Unit The ordered quantity, expressed in the unit listed on the originating order. Ordered Quantity The order unit. Ordered Quantity The ordered quantity, expressed in the inventory unit. Ordered Quantity in Inventory Unit The unit of measure in which the inventory of an item is recorded, such as piece, kilogram, box of 12, or meter. The inventory unit is also used as the base unit in measure conversions, especially for conversions that concern the order unit and the price unit on a purchase order or a sales order. These conversions always use the inventory unit as the base unit. An inventory unit therefore applies to all item types, also to item types that cannot be kept in stock. To be Received Quantity The quantity that is not yet linked to a receipt line that is confirmed. The quantity is expressed in the inventory unit. Open Received Quantity The quantity that is not linked to a confirmed receipt line. The quantity is expressed in the inventory unit. Received Quantity The actual quantity that is received, expressed in the inventory unit. Status The status of the inbound order (lot/serial distribution) line. The possible values are:
