Create with status On Hold If this check box is selected,, the destinations are created with status On Hold. You can review or change the generated destinations before they are processed. Destination Type Select a Destination of type Print, Email, Infor Document Management or Custom. For Destination Type Print, you can use the Device from the document type, or a free Address field. This Address field is disabled if the Use Device from Document Type check box is selected. If no appropriate print device is found for a Document, an error is logged. The distribution is still being created allowing you to manually specify a device afterwards. For Destination Type Email, Infor Document Management or Custom, the Use Device from Document Type check box is disabled, whereas the Address field is enabled. For Destination Type Custom, you can specify the Custom Destination afterwards in the Destinations (ttrpi3530m000) session. Use Device from Document Type If this check box is selected, the device from the document type is used. Address The address.
Create Adds one new Distribution and one Destination for all Documents within the selected range. For new destinations, the status for Document and Batch is changed into Distributing if their state is Completed. You can process new Destinations using the Release On Hold destination feature. See Release On Hold Distributions (ttrpi3219m000).
