Related Work Orders and Part Maintenance Sales OrderTo improve the performance of the application, the information about the related orders is now displayed in the Work Orders and Part Maintenance Line sessions. Maintenance Sales Order Part Lines The Final Receipt and the Final Delivery fields in the following Maintenance Sales Order Part Lines allow you to view the final status of the linked warehouse order:
Work Orders When a work order is created from a part maintenance line, the Part Maintenance Line is defaulted in the Work Orders (tswcs2100m000) session. In the Work Orders (tswcs2100m000) session, same value is displayed in the Work Order and the Top Work Order fields, if the current work order is the originating work order. If the Work Order Origin is Maintenance Sales Order, the same values are defaulted in the Top Work Order, Maintenance Sales Order and the Part Maintenance Line fields, for all the child work orders created from this work order. If the Work Order Origin is not Maintenance Sales Order, only the value in the Top Work Order field is defaulted for all the child work orders created from this work order. No values are specified in the Maintenance Sales Order and the Part Maintenance Line fields. When an existing work order is copied, a new top work order is created. Same value is displayed in the Work Order and the Top Work Order fields; no value is specified in the Maintenance Sales Order and the Part Maintenance Line fields Updating the data after the receipt or
delivery A receipt or shipment for a warehouse order can be a partial receipt or partial delivery. The receipt or the shipment is followed by a subsequent receipt or delivery. In the Work Orders (tswcs2100m000) session, the values in the following fields is updated after each partial receipt or partial delivery:
When the last item in the order is received or delivered, the application selects the Final Receipt or the Final Delivery check box respectively, to indicate that the warehouse order is completed.
