Pager Data (tsmdm1170m000)

Use this session to list and maintain paging device details.

Note
  • You send pager messages by means of the Dispatch Control (tssoc2105m009) session.
  • The message layout you select determines the information sent to the employees.
  • In the Service Order Parameters (tssoc0100m000) session, you can specify a location in which LN archives all pager messages you send.
  • You can access this session, only if the Paging Active checkbox in the General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session is selected.

 

Service Employee

The code of the employee who uses the pager.

Service Employee

The name of the employee who uses the pager.

Equipment Type

The type of the paging device.

Pager

The code of the paging device.

Number

The pager's call number.

PIN Number

The pager's PIN number.

Pager Type

The type of messages the pager can receive.

Message Layout

The code of the pager's message layout.

Message Layout

The name or description of the message layout.

Page Provider

The code of the paging provider's system that acts as a gateway to paging vendors and paging networks.

Page Provider

The code of the page provider, selected from the Business Partners (tccom4500m000) session.

Active

If this check box is selected, the pager is enabled.

If this check box is cleared, the pager is inactive.

You can only select or clear this check box in the details session.

If this check box is selected, some text with further paging-device details is available.
