Service Resolution - Probability Analysis (tsclm3150m000)Use this session to list the service resolutions for call, service order, maintenance sales order and work order. The session also display the calls contributed to a particular probability percentage. When a call is solved, the data displayed in this session gets updated and a record is inserted in this table with values for all the listed fields. When the call is transferred to a Service Order Activities (tssoc2110m000) session or Maintenance Sales Orders (tsmsc1100m000) session, a record is inserted in this entity based on the inputs of all the fields available at that time.
Origin Select the origin of the solved problem. You can select the Origin from the following:
Order Number The series code that identifies the Service Order, Maintenance Sales Order or Work Order. Activity Line The activity line represents the reference activity and master routing that must be carried out for a Service Order, Maintenance Sales Order or Work Order. The activity line is identified by a sequence number. Activity Line The description or name of the code. Call The code that identifies the call. Call The description or name of the code. Serialized Item Group The code that identifies the serialized item group. Serialized Item Group The description or name of the code. Service Item Group The code that identifies the service item group. Call Group1 The code that identifies the call group 1. Call Group2 The code that identifies the call group 2. Sold-to BP The code that identifies the sold-to business partner. Installation Group The code that identifies the installation group. Item The code that identifies the item. Serial Number A number that, together with the item code or manufacturer part number, uniquely identifies a component, an item, a machine, or an installation. This serial number is usually shown together with the manufacturer part number and other identification data on an identification plate that is attached to the item. Reported Problem The code that identifies the reported problem. Expected Problem The code that identifies the expected problem. ActualProblem The code that identifies the actual problem. Expected Solution The code that identifies the expected solution. ActualSolution The code that identifies the actual solution. Reference Activity The code that identifies the reference activity. Service Order Activity Starts the Service Order Activity (tssoc2110m100) session. Call Starts the Call (tsclm1100m000) session. Print Service Resolution - Probability Analysis Starts the Print Service Resolution - Probability Analysis (tsclm3450m000) session which prints service Resolution - probability analysis for the selected range.. Part Lines Starts the Maintenance Sales Order - Part Lines (tsmsc1110m000) session. Work Orders Starts the Work Orders (tswcs2100m000) session.
