| TroubleshootingThis chapter describes the solution to resolve the errors
encountered during the installation and configuration processes. Troubleshooting during installation and
configuration Unable to view reports from Webservices? If you encounter an error, execute these steps: - Go to Start > All
Programs > Infor Business
Intelligence > Application
Studio.
- In the Application studio, connect to the
PCL_10_4_Repository Repository, PCL_10_4_Projects Project, and
PCL_10_4_ReportCatalog Report Catalog.
- If the same error occurs, click Skip.
- The report is displayed in the View Report mode. In the left
pane, you can view the Database Structure in the Repository
Explorer.
- You can view the PROJECTANALYTICS Database Alias
data.
- Right click PROJECTANALYTICS Database Alias and select Edit.
The Edit Database Alias message is displayed. On the Database tab, you can view
the server and database details.
- The server name is based on the server name defined by the
user where the PCL_10_4 is installed.
- You must ensure that the correct OLAP database
(PCL_10_4_Olapdb) is selected from the list of database.
- Click Test Connection to validate the connection and click
OK.
