Blocked Operations (tisfc0540m000)

Use this session to display the operations that have been blocked manually and the reasons for blocking these operations.

Double-click an operation to start the Report Operations Completed (tisfc0130m000) session. In that session, you can unblock the operation or change the blocking reason.

Note

This session does not display the operations blocked by Quality.

If you have started this session by zooming, you can only find and select a record.

Work Center

The work center where the operation is performed.

Machine

The machine on which the operation is performed.

This field is irrelevant in the case of a nonmachine task.

Blocking Reason

The reason an operation is temporarily not allowed to proceed.

Reasons for blocking are:

  • The quality must be inspected.
  • The equipment has failed.
  • The customer did not pay the last installment.

Choose the Blocking Reasons (tisfc2100m000) command on the appropriate menu to display the details of this blocking reason.
