Offsetting Options

  • Initial

If this option is selected, the Initial Start Date must be specified.

    Note
    • The Initial Start Date must be in the future.
    • By default, the Initial Start Date is the planned start time of the first position on the last segment of the assembly line. If this date is in the past, it is changed to the current date and time + 5 minutes, or the first available work time in the calendar.
    • This option can only be selected if no assembly has started on the first segment of the assembly line.
  • Continuous

If this option is selected, the new line sequence for each new segment is synchronized with the planned end date of the last completed position on that segment.

    Note

Continuous is the only option available if assembly has started, but no orders are completed.

  • Backlog

If this option is selected, new orders are sequenced from the date you specify in the (Re) Plan Start Date field.

    Note

The (Re) Plan Start Date must be in the future. By default, it is the current date and time + 5 minutes, or the first available work time in the calendar.

This option is only available if the previous segment was completed.

  • Actual Times

If this option is selected, a new line sequence is synchronized for each new segment with the the actual completion dates of the segment.

    Note

This option is only available if orders have already been completed on the last segment of the assembly line.
