Archive Production Orders (ticst0250m000)

Use this session to archive closed production orders with actual costing data. Costing data of closed production orders is transferred to an archive file. The costing data of the archived production orders is then deleted from the original files.

You can only archive production orders that are closed using the Close Production Orders (ticst0201m000) session. If a subcontracted operation exists for the production order, the purchase order must be deleted.

Note

You can only use this session to archive production orders for standard items that are produced anonymously. Costing data of production orders for customized items is archived in Project Control.
