Business Object The business object (business partners, opportunities, contacts, or activities) to which the process of data must be applied, or for which the data must be printed. Active Contacts Only If this check box is selected, data must only be printed or processed for contacts who are active. Open Activities Only If this check box is selected, data must only be printed or processed for activities that are still open. Report The report you want to print or process. Advanced Selection If this check box is selected, you can enter a selection code to select data from the database or from part of it (if you specify a restricted range in the database). Selection A predefined set of data that must be printed or processed. Such a set is defined by a selection expression (or a selection criterion). You can define an expression in the Text Manager, which is used to retrieve data from the database for maintenance/printing. Selection Text If this check box is selected, a selection text is printed (if present) on the report. Report Text If this check box is selected, the print report text is printed (if present).
