Sales Order Installments History (tdsls4552m000)

Use this session to display sales order installment history.

The following are logged for installment lines:

  • Manual modification of lines.
  • Deletion of lines. A history record is logged with a zero amount.
  • Status changes.
  • Update of settlements, which takes place when the goods invoice is printed.

Before LN can log history in this session, you must select the Log Order History and/or the Log EDI Order History check boxes in the Sales Order Parameters (tdsls0100s400) session.

On the appropriate menu, the Only last entry per Installment Line. command determines how installment line history is displayed.

If this command is:

  • Marked, LN displays the results of the last transaction that has taken place for the installment line. Consequently, each installment line is displayed once.
  • Not marked, LN displays the results of all transactions that have taken place for the installment line. Consequently, an installment line can be displayed several times.
