Release Sales Order Lines to Warehousing (tdsls4501m140)

Use this session to release sales order lines to Warehousing.

To release the sales order line to Warehousing, you must choose one of the following on the appropriate menu:

You can only release Approved sales order lines to Warehousing.

 

Effectivity Unit

A reference number, for example a sales order line or a project deliverable line, that is used to model deviations for a unit effective item.

Sales Order

The number of the sales order.

Sold-to Business Partner

Usually a customer's purchase department, the business partner who orders goods or services from your organization, that owns the configurations you maintain, or for whom you perform a project.

The agreement with the sold-to business partner can include the following:

  • Default price and discount agreements
  • Sales order defaults
  • Delivery terms
  • The related ship-to and invoice-to business partner
Line

The number used to identify the position of the order line on the sales or purchase order.

Seq

The number used to identify in detail the position number of a sales order (delivery) line or a purchase order line (detail).

Set Number

The set number that is related to the sales order line. A set number helps you to execute an activity for a group of order lines.

Item

The code and description used to identify the sales item.

Ordered Quantity

The ordered quantity on the sales order line.

Unit

The unit in which an item is sold.

Releases the sales order line(s) in the Release Sales Orders to Warehousing (tdsls4246m000) session.
