Permissions for Procurement (tcsec3115m000)Use this session to view and maintain the permissions ( authorization policies, authorization roles, and assigned rules), for the procurement process. Note In a specified set of procurement related sessions, employees assigned to the procurement permissions can only view, use, or modify the procurement for which they are authorized to access.
Permission for The business process for which permissions are defined. Allowed values Type The permissions defined for the type of authorization. Allowed values Permission The code of the specified authorization type. Version The version specified for the employee authorization. Permission for The attribute value for the Procurement process. Allowed values Sequence The sequence number of the permission line. Of the Employee If this check box is selected, the attribute value of the Procurement process, must be the same as that linked to the employee in the Employees - General (tccom0101m000) session. Example: if this check box is selected for Projects and the attribute value is Project Manager, the employee code for the project manager must be the same as that specified in the Employees - General (tccom0101m000) session. From The From and To fields define a range of: attribute values specific to the Procurement process. This value is based on the Permission for field. Authorization Level The authorization level set for the employee for the specified attribute value related to the Procurement process.
