From The From address. Voreinstellung The first appropriate mail From address of the Document Type. To The To address. CC A comma separated list of cc-addresses. BCC A comma separated list of bcc-addresses. Subject The subject. Voreinstellung The first appropriate subject of the Document Type. Email Body Select an option to specify which kind of the e-mail body you
want to use. Voreinstellung If there is an appropriate body part defined at the Document Type, the “From Document Type” option is selected by default. If not available the “Predefined” option is selected, if there is at least one predefined e-mail Body. In this case a predefined e-mail body can be selected. If not available, the “Free” option is selected. Filename The file name. Voreinstellung The first appropriate Document Filename of the Document Type.
Send Creates a new distribution and destination for the document.
The document is immediately sent to the destination. Save Saves the variable values and refreshes the View Body section
of the form.
