View Document (ttrpi3110s000)

This session shows the document as it would be distributed or how it was distributed. The session shows all document parts of the distributions in a tree structure.

When the session is started, the main document of the first destination of the first distribution is displayed. You can double-click all files and the e-mail body to view the content.

These tables show context menu actions on the different levels of the tree:

Destination level
Action	Description
Release Failure for Retry	Release a failed destination for retry.
Send now	Directly send the document to the selected destination.
Cancel	Cancel the sending to the selected destination.
Undo Cancellation	Undo the cancellation of the sending to the selected destination.

Distribution level
New action	Description
Release Failure for Retry	Release all failed destinations of a distribution for retry.
Send now	Directly send the document to the destinations of the distribution.
Cancel	Cancel the sending to the destinations of the selected distribution.
Undo Cancellation	Undo the cancellation of the sending to the destinations of the selected distribution.

Document level
New action	Description
Release Failure for Retry	Release all failed destinations of all distributions for retry.
Send now	Directly send the document to all destinations of all selected distributions.
Send to other Printer Destination	Start the Send to other Printer Destination (ttrpi3130s000) session.
Send to other Email Destination	Start the Send to other Email Destination(s) (ttrpi3130s100) session.
Send to other Custom Destination	Start the Send to other Custom Destination (ttrpi3130s200) session. This action is only available if custom destinations are defined.
Cancel	Cancel the sending to the destinations of all distributions.
Undo Cancellation	Undo the cancellation of the sending to the destinations of all distributions.

This table shows the commands in the Batch menu in the GBF header menu:

New action	Description
Convert to Distributable Batch	Convert the batch, to which the document belongs, to a distributable batch. The action is disabled if the batch is not a preview batch. Also if the document type is used for "easy overlaying" (Split and Distribute is false) the action is disabled.
Cancel	Cancel the complete batch to which the document belongs.
Undo Cancellation	Undo the cancellation of the complete batch.
