Variables (ttrpi2530m000)

Use this session to define the variables mapping per report rule. The mapping is an expression. You can use the report input fields of the report to build up the values for the document variables that are used during the distribution of the document.

 

Variable Name
A reserved variable name keyword1-keyword4, receiverfield or splitfield. Or a document type variable
Expression
Either a simple expression with can be coded in one line or a more complex expression in a text field. The (string) result of the expression will be stored in the document variable. Expression Text
This check box is selected if the expression has been stored in a text field.

 

Refresh Variables
Refreshes the list of variables, with the current ones defined at the document type.
