	Groups for Service Orders (tsspc3100m000) Use this session to view and modify group planning data for service orders. Note The Plan Groups and Activity Sets option is displayed only if the Planned by Origin check box is cleared on the Service Orders tab in the Resource Planning Parameters (tsspc0101m000) session. Performance aspects of group planning Start Date Groups The start date of the group. LN displays the details of the groups with a start date later than the specified date. Finish Date Groups The finish date of the group. LN displays the details of the groups with a finish date earlier than the specified date. Allocated Resource The resources assigned to the specified group. Assigned resources are copied from group planning to the service order activity, work order activity or planned activity. Group The unique ID of the group. Frozen If this check box is selected, the group is frozen and you cannot add new groups to the existing groups. Firm Planned If this check box is selected, the group is firm planned and you cannot change the start and finish date of the group. Sort Method The sorting method for service order activities in an activity set. Note This value is defaulted from the Group Sets for Service Orders (tsspc2190m000) session, if the group is part of the group set. If group is not part of a group set, the value in this field is defaulted from Sort Method (service order) specified in the Resource Planning Parameters (tsspc0101m000) session. Allowed values Sort Method Keep Sequence of Activity Sets If this check box is selected, LN does not change the sequence of the activity sets when the specified group is planned. Note This value is defaulted from the Group Sets for Service Orders (tsspc2190m000) if the Workload Leveling Method is set to Scheduling and the Plan Method is set to Planning Based on Route in the Group Sets for Service Orders (tsspc2190m000) session. Center of Gravity is Defined If this check box is selected, LN defines the center of gravity for the group. Note This field is not applicable if: the group is not a part of the group set. the group is a part of a group set and for that group set the Workload Leveling Method is set to Scheduling in the Group Sets for Service Orders (tsspc2190m000) session. Center of Gravity Latitude The latitude of the center of gravity of the location. Note This value is calculated and specified by the territory planning engine. This field is applicable only if the Field Service check box is selected in the General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session. This field is not applicable if the group is not a part of the group set. This field is not applicable if the group is a part of a group set and for that group set the Workload Leveling Method is set to Scheduling in the Group Sets for Service Orders (tsspc2190m000) session. Center of Gravity Longitude The longitude of the center of gravity of the location. Note This value is calculated by the territory planning engine. This field is applicable only if the Field Service check box is selected in the General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session. This field is not applicable if the group is not a part of the group set. This field is not applicable if the group is a part of a group set and for that group set the Workload Leveling Method is set to Scheduling in the Group Sets for Service Orders (tsspc2190m000) session. Check Resources for Attribute Values If this check box is selected, LN allocates resources for service orders based on attribute values. Check Resources for Availability If this check box is selected, LN checks availability of resources for service order. Minimum Availability Percentage The minimum availability percentage of the resource for the allocation. Group Status The least possible status of all the activities in the group. Maximum Activity Status The highest possible status of service order that is assigned to the group. Planned Start Time The start date and time of the first activity set in the specified group. Planned Finish Time The finish date and time of the last activity set in the specified group. Plan Method The method to plan the service order activities. Note This value is defaulted from the Group Sets for Service Orders (tsspc2190m000) session, if group is a part of a group set. If the group is not part of a group set, the value in this field is defaulted from Plan Method (service order) specified in the Resource Planning Parameters (tsspc0101m000) session. Allowed values Plan Method Start Address of Route The address of the starting point of the route. Allowed values Start Address of the Route Note This field is enabled only if the Plan Method field is set to Planning Based on Route. Average Travel Speed The average travel speed used to calculate travel time when planning a route. Note This field is enabled only if the Plan Method field is set to Planning Based on Route. Travel Offset Time The time used to calculate travel time when planning a route. Note This field is applicable only if plan method is set to Planning based on route. Respect Earliest Start Time If this check box is selected, LN considers the earliest start time to plan the service order activities. Note For a service order activity, the planned start time must not be planned after the earliest start time. This value is defaulted from the Group Sets for Service Orders (tsspc2190m000) session, if group is part of a group set. If group is not part of a group set, the value in this field is defaulted from Respect Earliest Start Time (service order) specified in the Resource Planning Parameters (tsspc0101m000) session. Respect Latest Finish Time If this check box is selected, LN considers the latest finish time to plan the planned activities. The Planned Finish Time cannot be planned after the Latest Finish Time. The service order activity is not planned. Note LN re-plans the route for the activity. Respect Material Availability Date If this check box is selected, LN considers the Material Availability Date specified for the service orders in the Resource Planning Parameters (tsspc0101m000) session, to schedule the service order activities in a Group Set. Note This field is visible only if the Check Material Availability check box in the Service Order Parameters (tssoc0100m000) session or the Check Material Availability check box in the Work Order Parameters (tswcs0100m000) session is selected. This field is disabled if the Firm Planned check box is selected.
