To make a table sharing set actualIf you make a table sharing set actual, you change the table linking situation (logical tables) of your system according to the table sharing set. Caution! If you make a table sharing set actual, you change your system's logical table-linking configuration. This can seriously disrupt your entire LN installation if the table sharing set is not properly set up. Prerequisites Before you can make a table sharing set actual, you must set up the table sharing set, as described in To set up a table sharing configuration. The table sharing set must have the Approved status. You must have sufficient authorization to use the Make Table Sharing Set Actual command. Procedure to make a table sharing set actual To make a table sharing set actual:
If you succesfully made a table sharing set actual, the table sharing set and its related table sets are marked as Actual in the Table Sets (tltsm1100m000) session and in the Table Sharing Sets (tltsm1115m000) session. After that, you cannot modify these table sets and table sharing sets anymore, unless the Allow changes in Actual Table Set Data check box in the Table Sharing Parameters (tltsm0100m000) session is selected. The previously actual table sharing set is set to Expired. Procedure to register a table sharing set as next table
sharing set to be actual (on a tenant) On a tenant, in a multi-tenant environment, you can configure and register a table sharing set as next table sharing set. This set is made actual when the tenant is upgraded to the next package combination. This table sharing set must contain table sets that are all in the next package combination. To register a table sharing set as to be made actual:
If you successfully register a table sharing set as to be made actual, the table sharing set is registered as the next table sharing set in the Table Sharing Parameters (tltsm0100m000) session. After that, you cannot modify these table sets and table sharing sets anymore, unless one of these situations applies:
