Report Operations Complete by Order Group (tisfc0205m000)

Use this session to report complete all the current operations for the production orders in an JSC order group.

 

Production Order Group

The production order group for which you want to report all current operations complete.

Group Creator Logon

The employee who created the JSC order group.

Total Grouped Orders

The total number of production orders in the JSC order group.

Group Creation Date

The date that the JSC order group was created.

Show Count Points

You can select (or clear) this check box by clicking Toggle 'show count points' on the appropriate menu.

If this check box is selected, the first operation that is not completed and has a count point is displayed. If there are no operations with count points, the current operation is shown. You can define if an operation is count point in the Routing Operations (tirou1102m000) details session.

If this check box is cleared, the current operation is displayed.

Note

When you select Report Complete from the appropriate menu, LN asks you if you want to continue to the next count point. If you answer Yes, all the operations until the next operation that is a count point are reported complete, for all the production orders in the order group. If no count point is found, all the operations in that production order are reported complete.

Grouped Order Quantity

The total order quantity for all the production orders in the group.

Note

If the individual order quantities do not all have the same units of measurement, this field is meaningless.

Production Order

An order to produce a specified quantity of an item on a specified delivery date.

CurrentOperation

The operation currently carried out with the earliest start date. If more than one operation meets this criterion, the operation with the lowest operation number is the current operation. There can be only one current operation at any one time.

S

If this field reads S then the current operation is a start operation (that is, there is no previous operation).

E

If this field contains an E then the current operation is an end operation.

Next Operation

The operation that follows the current operation.

Task

The task of the operation.

Work Center

The work center where the operation or task is carried out.

Operation Status

The status assigned to an operation. For example, Planned, Ready to Start, or Completed. This status indicates how far an operation has proceeded.

Count Point

If this check box is selected, the operation is a count point operation. You can define an operation as a count point in the Routing Operations (tirou1102m000) details session.

Quantity Planned Output

The quantity planned output for the operation.

Quantity Completed

The quantity of items reported as completed. Items that are reported as completed can proceed with the upcoming operation.

Quantity Scrapped

The sum of the quantity rejected plus the quantity extra.

QuantityTo Inspect

The quantity that has been sent to Quality for inspection.

This is the quantity from the most recent inspection order for this operation.

Blocking Reason

The reason an operation is temporarily not allowed to proceed.

Reasons for blocking are:

  • The quality must be inspected.
  • The equipment has failed.
  • The customer did not pay the last installment.
Physical Location

The name or description of where the orders are processed. You can also use this field for any other information about the orders that is common to the group. You can update this field for all members of the group together with the Update Physical Location for Production Order Groups (tisfc0210m000) session.

The physical location referred to in this field is not in any way related to a warehouse location.
