NB

In this session you can only change the model specific details. Changes to the repository details would influence all business models that have this business process incorporated.

If your current modeling version is not the same as the version of the reference model in which the business process is incorporated, you cannot change any details of the business process.

Volgnummer
The sequence number of the business process in the business model.

If a business process is added to the business model, the sequence number is automatically increased by 1. This value can, however, be overwritten.

NB

This sequence number only takes effect in the Bedrijfsprocessen per referentiemodel (tgbrg3560m000) session and in the Process Browser where it is used to sort the business processes.

Subproces

Versie
A group of model items that share some characteristics, such as the customer, owner, and effective date.
Version
The description or name of the version.
Omschrijving
The description or name of the business process.
Categorie
A division within a system of classification. Most model items can be categorized.
Business Process Category
The description or name of the category.
Eigenaar
An ERP user who has created a model item or version, or the ERP user who is responsible for the model or version.
Owner
The name of the owner.
Aanmaakdatum
The date when the business process was created in the Bedrijfsprocessen (tgbrg5500m000) session.
Vervallen
Indien dit selectievakje is ingeschakeld, the business process has expired.
Hulpprogramma
One or more applications that can be linked to a business process or an activity to help the employee carry out the process/activity. Note that a support application can contain both applications and other support applications.
Support Application
The description or name of the support application.
Bibliotheekhelp
Indien dit selectievakje is ingeschakeld, repository help is available, which provides you with further information about the business process.
Modelspecifieke help
Indien dit selectievakje is ingeschakeld, model-specific Help is available, which provides you with further information about the business process.
Instellen per regel
The transformation rule based on which the business process is included in the reference model.
Set by Rule
The description or name of the model item.
Datum
The date when the last changes were made to the business process in the Bedrijfsprocessen (tgbrg5500m000) session.

The time when the last changes were made to the business process in the Bedrijfsprocessen (tgbrg5500m000) session.
Gebruiker
The user that made the last changes to the business process in the Bedrijfsprocessen (tgbrg5500m000) session.
User
The name of the user who made the last changes to the business process in the Bedrijfsprocessen (tgbrg5500m000) session.
Diagramstatus
The stage in the development of a model item.
Diagram Status
The description or name of the status.
URL
Uniform Resource Locator (URL). An address for a resource on the Internet. URLs are used by Web browsers to locate Internet resources.

A URL specifies:

  • The protocol to be used in accessing the resource (such as http: for a World Wide Web page, or ftp: for an FTP site).
  • The name of the server on which the resource resides (such as www.whitehouse.gov).
  • The path to a resource (such as an HTML document or a file on that server).
