Label Layout by Activities (whwmd5121m000)

Use this session to define label layout for each warehouse activity. In this session you can define specific layouts for the fourteen warehouse order activities that currently allow the automatic printing of labels. For details about the label layout search sequence, refer to the online help of the Label Layout field in the Handling Units (whwmd5130m000) session.

The following warehouse activities allow the automatic printing of labels:

  • Generate Outbound Advice

  • Release Outbound Advice

  • Generate Picking List

  • Picking List

  • Warehouse Inspections

  • Freeze/Confirm Shipments/Loads

  • Warehouse Receipts

  • Generate Inbound Advice (before Inspection)

  • Put Away Inbound Advice (before Inspection)

  • Storage List (before Inspection)

  • Warehouse Inspections

  • Generate Inbound Advice (after Inspection)

  • Put Away Inbound Advice (after Inspection)

  • Storage List (after Inspection)

It is not mandatory to define label layout data at activity level. If you do not define label layout information at activity level, LN applies the general layout defined in the Label Layouts (whwmd5520m000) session.
