Quarantine Inventory (whwmd2672m100)Use this session to view and maintain disposition lines. The filter options in this session provide optimum flexibility that helps you to easily select the quarantine inventory lines due for processing. Note
Workload General Warehouse Business Partner Graph Settings Show Number of Lines If this check box is selected, the vertical axis of the
graph displays the number of lines. If this check box is cleared, the Unit field is available. Unit The unit used to express the total quantity of the goods listed on the lines displayed
in the graph. If some of the transactions are expressed in units other than the selected unit, these units are converted to the selected unit. The units are displayed in the vertical axis of the graph. Note This field is available if the Show Number of Lines check box is cleared. Workload Awaiting Disposition If a check mark is displayed, the
quarantine inventory lines with disposition status Awaiting Disposition are displayed on the Quarantine Inventory tab and the Workload graph. Click Awaiting Disposition to activate this filter. Count The number of disposition lines for the filter. This number
can be affected by other filter settings. To Be Processed If a check mark is displayed, the
disposition lines for which the disposition is yet to be processed are
displayed on the Quarantine Inventory tab and the Workload graph. Click To be Processed to activate this filter. Inbound If a check mark is displayed, the
disposition lines related to a receipt line are displayed on the Quarantine Inventory tab and the Workload graph. Click Inbound to activate this filter. Outbound If a check mark is displayed, the
disposition lines related to an outbound advice are displayed on the Quarantine Inventory tab
and the Workload graph. Click Outbound to activate this filter. Disposition Due Date Past Due If a check mark is displayed, the
disposition lines for which the dispositions are overdue are displayed on the Quarantine Inventory tab. Click Past Due to activate this filter. Due Today If a check mark is displayed, the
disposition lines for which the dispositions are due for the current date
(today) are displayed on the Quarantine Inventory tab. Click Due Today to activate this filter. Due 1-7 Days If a check mark is displayed, the
disposition lines for which the dispositions are due in the next week are
displayed on the Quarantine Inventory tab. Click Due 1 - 7 Days to activate this filter. Due Beyond 1 Week The disposition lines for which the dispositions are due
in more than a week after the current date are displayed on the Quarantine Inventory tab. Click Due Beyond 7 Days to activate this filter. Graph The graph that displays the workload based on the options
specified in the General and Workload group boxes. If the Show Number of Lines check box is selected, the vertical axis displays the number of inspection lines. If a unit is specified in the Unit field, the vertical axis displays the total quantity of the goods listed on the inspection lines expressed in the specified unit. The horizontal axis displays the inspection lines categorized by Past Due, Due Today, Due 1 - 7 Days, and Due Beyond 7 Days. Results Graph Settings Number of Periods The number of periods to be presented in the
graph. The maximum number of periods allowed is 12, irrespective of the selected type of period in the Period field. Period Item The item for which you can view the disposition status in
the graph. Note You must select an item to view data in the graph. Description The description or name of the code. Show Quarantine If this check box is selected, the number of items that are quarantined
for a specified period are displayed in the graph. Return to Vendor If this check box is selected, the number of items with status Return to Vendor are displayed in the graph. Use As Is If this check box is selected, the number of items with status Use As Is are displayed in the graph. Rework (to Existing Specification) If this check box is selected, the number of items with status Rework (to Existing Specification) are displayed in the graph. No Fault Found If this check box is selected, the number of items with status No Fault Found are displayed in the graph. Scrap If this check box is selected, the number of items with status Scrap are displayed in the graph. Rework (to New Specification) If this check box is selected, the number of items with status Rework (to New Specification) are displayed in the graph. Reclassify If this check box is selected, the number of items with status Reclassify are displayed in the graph. Results Graph The graph displays the number of items for a specified
period, based on the selected status in the Show group box.
