Picking List (whinh4525m100)Use this session to maintain all picking missions in an outbound run and warehouse. You can generate picking missions in the Generate Picking List (whinh4415m000) session.
Run The run number. Warehouse The warehouse. Picking Mission The picking mission. Sequence A sequence number used to print the picking list. LN initially fills this field with the value from the Sequence on Picking List field in the Warehouse - Location (whwmd3100s000) session, when you generate the outbound advice. The value is changed when the picking list is printed in another, user-defined, sequence in the Generate Picking List (whinh4415m000) session. Item The item. Serial Number The serial number. Low volume scenario In the low volume scenario, LN uses the first in, first out or last in, first out outbound methods to fill this field with one of the available serial numbers stored in inventory. To change the value of this field, zoom to the Item - Serials and Warehouses (whltc5100m000) session and select a serial number for which the Available check box is selected. For further information, see To register serial numbers in the low volume scenario. High volume scenario In the high volume scenario, this field is unavailable. To register serial numbers for serialized items that you issue, see To register serial numbers in the high volume scenario. From Location The location from which the
items must be packed. Lot The lot to which the item belongs. If required, you can
change the advised lot for non-serialized lot-controlled items. Effectivity Unit The effectivity unit. Inventory Date The inventory date of the picked inventory. Package Definition The package definition specifies the way in which the goods of the shipment line
must be packed. If handling units are used, the package definition determines
the handling unit structure. Advised Quantity in Storage Unit The actual quantity issued, expressed in the storage unit. Advised Quantity The storage unit. Advised Quantity in Inventory Unit The actual advised quantity expressed in inventory unit. Unit The inventory unit. To Location The location to which the picked items must be brought. This can be one of the following locations: Order Origin The origin of the order. Order Order Set The order set. Order Line The position (number). Sequence Number The sequence number of the order
line. BOM Line The BOM line. Picked If this check box is selected, the advised quantity is picked. Note LN selects this check box when the outbound advice is released, if the following sessions are not an activity in the outbound procedure:
If the Warehouse Inspections Overview (whinh3122m000) session is an activity in the outbound procedure, an approval record is created for the advised quantity. To Shipment Handling Unit The outbound advice line that (optionally) includes the target
handling unit of the picked goods. LN considers this value for the handling units
during the picking process. This field can be populated using BOD or can be
entered manually. Note You can view this field only if Projected Shipments in use check box is selected in Inventory Handling Parameters (whinh0100m000) session. This field is not enabled when handling units are not used in shipments for the warehouse - item combination. This field is valid only when a handling unit is related to a shipment line of the Shipment and has status Open or Staged. This field is disabled when the advice line is picked. LN does not allow you to enter a value in this field when the quantity of the outbound advice is greater than the quantity of handling unit. Shipment The planned shipment to which the
picking list is linked. Shipment Line The projected shipment line to which the picking list is
linked. To view this field, these check boxes must be selected:
Reference Distribution Line The line number of the reference to which the picking list is
linked. To view this field, these check boxes must be selected:
Reference The Reference number of the outbound order line to which
the picking list is linked. Packaging Reference A The Packaging Reference A number of the shipment line to
which the picking list is linked. Shipment line reference numbers are also
displayed in the Shipment Line Reference Distribution (whinh4529m000) session. Packaging Reference B The Packaging Reference B number of the shipment line to
which the picking list is linked. Shipment line reference numbers are also
displayed in the Shipment Line Reference Distribution (whinh4529m000) session. Shipment Reference The Shipment Reference of the outbound order line to which
the picking list is linked.
Pick Run Confirms each advice line in the current run. Pick Mission Confirms each advice line in the current picking mission. As a
result, a shipment line is created for each outbound order line related to the
picking mission. Pick Advice Confirms that the items on the selected picking list are
picked. As a result, a load, shipments, and shipment lines are created for the
outbound order lines related to the picking list. Remove Lines from Picking List Removes the selected outbound advice from the picking list. Remove Lines - Cancel Order Removes the outbound advice for a cancelled outbound-order line
from the picking list. As a result also the outbound-order line is
deleted. Remove Current Mission Removes the current picking mission from the picking
list. Generate Picking List Starts the Generate Picking List (whinh4415m000) session. By
default, LN starts this
session to print the report. Remove Handling Unit Removes the handling unit from the outbound advice and from
inventory. Infor LN sets the handling unit Status to Closed.
This option is disabled if a transferrable handling unit is linked to the
outbound order line.
