Receipt Line Lots and Serials (whinh3123m200)

Use this session to view the lot and serial data that can be linked to the handling unit in the Handling Unit Stock Point Details (whwmd5136m000) session.

 

Receipt
Receipt Line
The position number of the receipt line.
Order Origin
The origin of the warehousing order.
Order
The warehousing order number to which the receipt line is linked.
Item
The received item.
Rejected Quantity in Rejection Unit
The quantity of the inventory rejected during inspection.
Destroyed
The quantity of the inventory destroyed during inspection.
Quantity To be Handled
The quantity of rejected inventory that is not yet accepted, destroyed, returned, or allocated.
Sequence
The sequence number of the receipt line.
Serial Number
The serial number of the item.
Correction
If this check box is selected, the item with the specified serial number is not received after receipt correction.
Rejected
If this check box is selected, the items with the specified serial number are rejected.
Destroyed
If this check box is selected, the items with the specified serial number are destroyed.
Lot
The lot code of the item.
Received Quantity in Receipt Unit
The quantity of the inventory received for the specified lot number, expressed in receipt unit.
Received Unit
The inventory unit in which the received quantity is expressed.
Received Quantityin Inventory Unit
The quantity of the inventory received for the specified lot number, expressed in inventory unit.
Receipt Corrected Quantity
The corrected quantity of the receipt.
Correction Unit
The inventory unit in which the corrected quantity is expressed.
Receipt Correction Quantity in Inventory Unit
The quantity of the correction inventory on the receipt, expressed in inventory unit.
Rejected Quantity
The quantity of the lot/ serial inventory that is rejected.
Destroyed Quantity
The quantity of the lot/ serial inventory that is destroyed.
Cross-docked Quantity
The quantity of the lot/ serial inventory that is cross-docked.
Lot Selection
Received Quantity
The quantity of the inventory received for the receipt line.
Unit
The inventory unit in which the received quantity is expressed.
New Received Quantity
The quantity received by the receipt line after the receipt correction is performed.

 

Generate Serials
Generates serial numbers for the received items. The number of generated serial numbers is equal to the received quantity. For example, if the received quantity is five, Infor LN generates five serial numbers.

You can only generate serial numbers if the received item is serialized. An item is serialized if the Serialized check box is selected for the item in the Items - Defaults (tcibd0102m000) session.

Generate Lots
Generates a new lot code and inserts the generated lot code in all empty Lot fields.
Split Line for Serials
Splits the receipt line with a single lot number to various lines that equals the quantity on the receipt line. You can provide the serial number manually for each line.
