Publish Warehouse Management Transactional Data (whbod0200m000)Use this session to publish Warehousing LN data to Infor ION for transfer to other software applications. Usually, you publish data from this session once. However, if errors occur during the publication process or if other software applications need a new set of data, you can rerun this session. Note
Important! LN publishes the data based on the values that you specify in the selection range.
Options Size The number of records that must be simulated. If you enter a value of 100, the first 100 records that fall within the selection criteria must be simulated. Default value The default value is zero, which means all records that fall within the selection range are simulated. Company The company range for which the data must be
published. Use Verb Specify what is published. Allowed values Logical ID(s) Show BODs do not use ION routes and are sent directly to
other applications. Use this field to specify the logical ID(s) of the
receiving application. Logging If this check box is selected, published BODs are logged. Output Specify the log output. Allowed values Single XML-file per BOD If this check box is selected, a separate log file is
generated for each published BOD. If this check box is cleared, one log file is generated with the xml of all published BODs. Note This check box is only available if the Output is BOD. Location The server or client to which the output files must be
written. Directory The directory on the server or client to which the output
files must be written. InventoryAdjustment Adjustment If this check box is selected, adjustment orders are published. CycleCount If this check box is selected, cycle count orders are published. Shipment I Shipment If this check box is selected, shipments are published. WMS Orders If this check box is selected, publishing is only
performed for WMS controlled warehouses. Note If the WMS Controlled check box is selected in the Warehouses (tcmcs0503m000) session, the warehouse is WMS controlled. Shipment II Orders If this check box is selected, warehousing orders are published. WMS Orders If this check box is selected, publishing is only
performed for WMS controlled warehouses. Note If the WMS Controlled check box is selected in the Warehouses (tcmcs0503m000) session, the warehouse is WMS controlled. AdvanceShipNotice Customer If this check box is selected, warehousing orders with
a manual origin are published. WMS Orders If this check box is selected, publishing is only
performed for WMS controlled warehouses. Note If the WMS Controlled check box is selected in the Warehouses (tcmcs0503m000) session, the warehouse is WMS controlled. Receiver If this check box is selected, advance shipment notices are published. WMS Orders If this check box is selected, publishing is only
performed for WMS controlled warehouses. Note If the WMS Controlled check box is selected in the Warehouses (tcmcs0503m000) session, the warehouse is WMS controlled. ReceiveDelivery Warehouse If this check box is selected, receipts are published. InventoryCount InventoryCount If this check box is selected, inventory levels for selected warehouses, item groups, and
items are published. Transfer Transfer If this check box is selected, transfer orders are published. CarrierRoute Carrier Route If this check box is selected, carrier routes are published. Invoice Warehouse If this check box is selected, pro forma invoices for shipments are published. LnCostPegTransfer LnCostPegTransfer If this check box is selected, cost peg transfer data
is published.
Process Publishes the data to Infor ION. Select All Selects all check boxes. Clear All Clears all check boxes.
