Move Companies to Another Run (ttspt2210m000)Use this session to split or combine different Data Upgrade Runs for the same package combination. A data upgrade run is usually generated with a range of companies. If you do not want to execute all upgrade tasks in a single run, you can create a separate run for one or more companies. For example, you can create separate runs for online companies and archive companies. See Data Upgrade Engine overview (OP).
Package Combination The package combination to which the companies that will be
moved belong. Run Number The Data Upgrade Run to which the companies that will be moved
are linked. Range If this check box is selected, you must specify a range
of companies that will be moved. Range The first company in the range of companies that will be
moved. Range The last company in the range of companies that will be
moved. Note Companies that are related to each other must be linked to the same run. You can only move a company to another run, if you also move its related companies. If the company selection does not contain all related companies, an error message is displayed. The message specifies the missing companies that must be included in the selection. List If this check box is selected, you must specify a list
of companies that will be moved. Make Valid The companies that will be moved. The companies must be
separated by commas. Note Companies that are related to each other must be linked to the same run. You can only move a company to another run, if you also move its related companies. If the company selection does not contain all related companies, an error message is displayed. The message specifies the missing companies that must be included in the selection. Click Make Valid to automatically select the missing companies. Create New Run If this check box is selected, the selected companies
will be moved to a new Data Upgrade Run, which is created automatically. You must
specify the description of the new run in the Destination Run field. If this check box is cleared, the selected companies will be moved to an existing run. You must select the run number of this run in the Destination Run field. Destination Run The run number of the Data Upgrade Run to which the selected companies will be
moved. Note This field is only accessible if the Create New Run check box is cleared. Destination Run The description of the Data Upgrade Run to which the selected companies will be
moved.
Move Starts moving the companies. Make Valid Adds missing related companies to the Make Valid of company numbers.
