Contract Template The code that uniquely identifies the service-contract template. Description The description or name of the code. Search Argument An alternative form of a description used for convenience
during searching. A search key is usually an abbreviation, an acronym, or a
mnemonic alternative to a full description. Service Office The code of the Service Office which normally uses this
contract template. In the process of determining the best matching contract
item price list the service office of the contract template is also taken into
account. A match is with the service office of the 'header' (contract or
quotation). Service Office The name of the service office. Effective Date The first day on which you can use a template for quotations or
contracts. Expiry Date The last day on which you can use a template for quotations or
contracts. Note Expiry Date of the Contract Template cannot be earlier than the Effective Date. Duration A numeric value. Duration The period of time over which the contract runs. The contract
duration is defined by a numeric value in combination with a period unit, for
example 2 Month. Allowed values Pricing Method The method indicating how the contract price is
determined. The following pricing methods are available:
Allowed values Percentage of Sales Value If the pricing method used is Sales Value of Configuration, a percentage value is required. The Percentage of Sales Value can only be defined if the Pricing Method is defined as Sales Value of Configuration. Currency The currency that is specified
on the service-contract template. Installment Template A template specifying an invoice method, the interval between
two installments, the installment variant and the method in which the number of
financial periods of an installment should be specified. The template can be
used in contract quotations and service contracts. Text
