Assign Orders to Production Order Group (tisfc3151s000)Use this session to confirm or modify which production orders are included in an JSC order group and to display order data. You make the initial selection with the Create Production Order Group (tisfc3250m000) session, and then confirm (or remove) the orders with the Selected check box of the current session. You can also start the following sessions:
Production Order Group The code of the group of JSC orders. Total Grouped Orders The number of production orders included in the current JSC
order group. Group Description The name of the group of JSC orders. Grouped Order Quantity The total Quantity Ordered of items specified on the production
orders selected in the current order group. Note that if the order quantity of
the individual production orders is not all in the same units of measurement,
this field is meaningless. Selected If this check box is selected, the production order is
included in the JSC order group. Note You can include or exclude all orders from the appropriate menu. When you have finished making your selection, chose Assign Selected Orders To Group from the appropriate menu, and all the orders that have the current check box selected will be placed in the JSC order group. Production Order The production order number. To include or exclude this in the
JSC order group, select or clear the Selected check box. Item The end item of the production order. Quantity Ordered The order quantity to be produced. Production Start Date and Time When production is planned to start. Delivery Date This date is created by the Configurator package or the Job Shop Control module
when the order is created. It is initially the date when the buyer has requested delivery, but LN will alter this date if the planning is changed. This date is affected by the following parameters:
Warehouse The warehouse where the end-items or subassemblies will be
stored after delivery. Order Status The status of the production
order. Allowed values Task The task used as the selection criterion in the Create Production Order Group (tisfc3250m000) session. Work Center The work center used as the
selection criterion in the Create Production Order Group (tisfc3250m000) session. RoutingGroup The routing group used as the
selection criterion in the Create Production Order Group (tisfc3250m000) session. Machine The machine used as the selection criterion in the Create Production Order Group (tisfc3250m000) session. Operation The operation used as the
selection criterion in the Create Production Order Group (tisfc3250m000) session. Operation Status The status of the operation used
as the selection criterion in the Create Production Order Group (tisfc3250m000) session. Physical Location The name or description of where the orders are processed. You
can also use this field for any other information about the orders that is
common to the group. You can update this field for all members of the group
together with the Update Physical Location for Production Order Groups (tisfc0210m000) session. Note The physical location referred to in this field is not in any way related to a warehouse location. ItemGroup The item group used as a
selection criterion for this order in the Create Production Order Group (tisfc3250m000) session. MaterialPlanner The material planner used as a selection criterion for this
order in the Create Production Order Group (tisfc3250m000) session. Shop FloorPlanner The shop floor planner used as a selection criterion for this
order in the Create Production Order Group (tisfc3250m000) session. Product Line The product line used as a
selection criterion for this order in the Create Production Order Group (tisfc3250m000) session. ProductClass The product class used as a
selection criterion for this order in the Create Production Order Group (tisfc3250m000) session. SelectionCode The selection code used as a
selection criterion for this order in the Create Production Order Group (tisfc3250m000) session. AssignedOrder Group The JSC order group that this production order is already
assigned to. You cannot assign an order to more than one group, so if this
field is filled, you cannot assign the production order to the current
group. Note You can hide or show the orders already assigned to a group with the Display Already Grouped Orders check box of the Create Production Order Group (tisfc3250m000) session.
Assign Selected Orders to Group Click to assign all the orders, for which the Selected check box
has been selected, to the JSC order group. Select All Orders Click to select all the orders displayed in this session. Their Selected check box
will be selected. Unselect All Orders Click to deselect all the orders displayed in this session.
Their Selected check box
will be cleared.
