Report Shift (tirpt4636m200)

Use this session to report when a shift is completed. The reported production quantities, hours spent and materials used must be checked and corrected if required , before the shift can be reported complete. The shifts must be reported complete for each work cell. Infor LN does not allow you to update this data , after the work cell shift status is set to Completed. However, the shift must be reopened first.

This session can also be used by the supervisor to track progress, or view the status of a work cell.

Supervisor
The code of the supervisor who can manage one or more work cells, and is responsible for reporting on these work cells.
Change Date
The date the last status change took place.
Work Cell Hours
Estimated
The estimated time (in hours) calculated for this shift in the specified work cell. Infor LN defaults the values based on the shift data in the Shift - Hours (tirpt4138m000) session.
Registered
The time (in hours) registered to complete a shift in the specified work cell. The time is categorized as run, setup, down and wait time.
Actual
The actual time (in hours) for this shift in the specified work cell. Infor LN defaults the value to the registered hours. This can be corrected by the supervisor.
Labor Hours
Estimated
The estimated labor hours of all workers for this shift.
Registered
The labor hours registered for this shift.
Materials
The actual labor hours for this shift. Infor LN defaults the value to the registered hours. This can be corrected by the supervisor.
Units Completed
The estimated produced quantity for this shift.
Registered Total Produced
The registered produced quantity for this shift.

 

Complete
Sets the status of the shift to Completed and prints the report.
