Production Schedule The production schedule ID. Schedule Position End Item A repetitive item (also called RPT item) is a manufactured item
whose production is controlled by schedules. A schedule contains multiple
schedule lines that can be viewed, released, reported as complete, and so on,
in one session. A repetitive item characteristics:
Anonymous items and to-order items can be repetitive. However, only to-order items that are Standard-to-Order can be used in RPT schedules. You cannot use generic items or Engineer-to-Order items in an RPT schedule. Work Cell A production unit consisting of one or more work stations in a
fixed sequence. A work cell is used in repetitive manufacturing for the production of a repetitive item. Status Scheduled Start Date Work Station The work station that is part of the work cell. Station Position The position of the work station in the work cell structure. Work Station Is Count Point If this check box is selected, the work station is a count point. Work Station is Inspection Point If this check box is selected, the work station is an inspection point. Note Only applicable if the Report on Work Stations check box in the Production Model (tirpt2100m100) session is selected for the product model. Quantity Rejected The quantity product rejected. Note You will have to decide if the product is scrapped, moved to quarantine or repaired. Quantity Scrapped The quantity product scrapped. Quantity to Quarantine The quantity send to quarantine from the schedule
line. Quantity to Repair The quantity send to a repair cell. Quantity Repaired The quantity repaired and returned to the schedule
line. Quantity Completed The quantity items reported Completed.
