The effective cost component structure is a result of running the Actualize Assembly Line Costing Data (ticpr0215m000) session. In the Effective Date field the date is displayed on which the assembly line costing data is actualized. The effective cost component structure contains the aggregated cost components that are defined for the assembly line's items in the Items - Costing (ticpr0107m000) session. If you entered a chart for an assembly line in the Assembly Line Costing Data (ticpr0115m000) session, the detailed cost components that were defined for the chart in the Standard Cost Scheme Details (ticpr0110m000) session are included in the effective cost component structure.
Assembly Line A set of consecutive line stations in which FAS (Final Assembly
Schedule) items are manufactured. The items are manufactured by passing the
items from line station to line station and by carrying out operations at each
line station. An assembly line is subdivided into a number of line segments
separated by buffers. An assembly line can be either a main line or a supplying
line. Item The item for which the effective
cost component structure is displayed. Effective Date The effective date, actualized in the Actualize Assembly Line Costing Data (ticpr0215m000) session.
