Roles by Business Process (tgbrg5106m000)

Use this session to link one or more roles and responsibility codes to a business process in the repository.

 

Business Process
A set of one or more activities and states that collectively realize a business objective.
Version
A group of model items that share some characteristics, such as the customer, owner, and effective date.
Version

Role
In DEM a role is a set of specific qualifications and/or skills that an employee must have to be authorized to carry out a business process, activity, or subapplication.
DMB Authorizations (not used by Workflow)
If this checkbox is selected, the authorizations defined in the business process activities(tgbrg5122s000) session are used.
Maximum Authorization
Select the level of authorization for users that have the role that allows them to carry out the business process

If you leave this field empty, the Full Authorization applies.

Role Browser
If you click this button (or command), the Authorization Browser (tgbrg8124m000) session is started, which graphically displays the selected role and the employees that are linked to this role. If you do not select a role, all roles are displayed.
