Statement Account/Column Specifications (tffst1123m000)

Use this session to indicate which values must be included in each column of a specific statement account.

You can use the column specifications to collectively modify the value of a specific statement account, resulting from the formula assigned to the statement column and calculated in the references of this column in the Financial Statements (tffst1600m000) session.

Example

A statement coordinate is determined by a combination of an account an a column. Financial statement 100 contains statement accounts 1700, 1800, 1900, and 2000. Two columns have been defined for these statement accounts.

Column 1Column 2
1700X1X2
1800X3X4
1900X5X6
2000X7X8

Xn = statement coordinate

To modify the value of X3, enter the following data:

  • Financial Statement: 100
  • Statement Account: 1000
  • Statement Column: 1
