Consolidated Statement Column References (tffst1112m000)

Use this session to maintain column references.

 

General
Consolidated Statement
The number of the consolidated statement.
Statement Column
The column number.
Variable
The elements included in the formula used to calculate the column value.

The variable must be included in the formula defined for the selected statement column in the Formula field of the Statement Columns (tffst1105m000) session. Otherwise, this variable is not available. Each variable can take up a maximum of ten positions.

Sequence Number
The sequence number allows you to define a number of data for one variable.

Example

Formula:
(a-b)/c

 

The following data has been defined for the variables:

The column value is calculated as follows:

((100 + 250) - 200) / 50) = 3

Variable "a" is calculated by adding the values 100 and 250

The default value is: last sequence number + 1. However, you can overwrite this value, if required.

Details
Company
A company that is used for posting financial data in Financials. You can link one or more enterprise units from multiple logistic companies to one financial company.
Reference Type
Indicates the origin of the consolidated statement data.
Statement
The statement from which data must be included in the selected statement column.
Note

This field is only available if you selected Financial Statement or Consolidated Statement in the Reference Type field.

Statement Column
The column from which data must be included in the selected statement column.
Factor
The number by which all values of the selected column are multiplied.

You can use this factor, for example, to express amounts in other currencies, or in case of a partial participation or partial consolidation.

 

Increase Sequence Number
Increases the value of the Sequence Number field by one.
Decrease Sequence Number
Decreases the value of the Sequence Number field by one.
Renumber Sequence Numbers
Renumbers the values of all Sequence Number fields.
