Accounts Receivable 360 (tfacr2560m000)

Use this session to perform accounts-receivable related tasks and to retrieve accounts receivable information. You can view and maintain various types of accounts receivable information such as sales invoice information and invoice-to and pay-by business partner information.

How to use the Accounts Receivable 360 (tfacr2560m000) session

Select an invoice-to business partner in the list. The business partner balances and credit information are displayed in the boxes at the top of the session.

To view the business partner details, double-click the invoice-from business partner line in the list.

The check marks under Documents indicate which data is available for the selected invoice-to business partner. If you click a link, a session starts which you can use to view, maintain, or create the corresponding transactions for the selected business partner.

You can click the following links, or click the corresponding commands on the appropriate menu:

  • Open Entries
    Starts the Invoice-to Business Partner Open Entries (tfacr2520m000) session. You can use this session to view a complete list of the open invoices that exist for the selected business partner.
  • BP Statements
    Starts the Print Statements (tfacr3440m000) session. You can use this session to print the statement of account for the selected business partner.
  • Credit Profile
    Starts the Business Partner - Credit Profile (tfacr2542m000) session. You can use this session to view the various business partner's balances, aging analysis, and the full details of the business partner's current credit situation.
  • Factor Relations
    Starts the Pay-by Business Partners by Factor (tfacr0516m000) session. If you factor the invoices and you have not defined a default factor for the pay-by business partner, you can use this session to assign a factor to the pay-by business partner.
  • Aging Analysis
    Starts the Receivables Aging Analysis (tfacr2620m000) session. You can use this session to view or print the invoice-to business partner's aging analysis for the total outstanding balance.
  • Reminders
    Starts the Reminder Advice (tfacr3605m000) session. You can use this session to generate reminder letters for a range of invoices and for a range of pay-by business partners.
  • Schedules
    Starts the Receipt Schedules (tfacr1103m000) session. If a receipt schedule is linked to the invoice, you can view the generated receipt schedule lines in the Receipt Schedules (tfacr1103m000) session.
  • Interest Invoices
    Starts the Interest Invoice Advice (tfacr5510m000) session. You can use this session to generate interest invoice advice for delayed receipts from the selected business partner.
  • Overdue Invoices
    Starts the Invoice-to Business Partner Open Entries (tfacr2520m000) session. You can use this session to list the sales invoice details for the selected business partner.
  • Receipt-related Documents
    Starts the Receipt-related documents (tfacr6500m000) session. You can use this session to list the receipt-related documents for the selected business partner.

 

Business Partner Balances
BP Currency
The business partner balance currency defined in the BP Balance Currency field of the Business Partner (tccom4100s000) session.
Order Balance
The selected invoice-to business partner's sales order balance in the current financial company.
Composed Invoice Balance
The selected invoice-to business partner's composed invoice balance in Invoicing for the current financial company.
Balance Receivable
The selected invoice-to business partner's total open entries balance in the current financial company.
Total Balance
The sum of the Order Balance, the Composed Invoice Balance, and the Balance Receivable of the selected invoice-to business partner in the current financial company.
Credit Information
Total Balance - All Companies
The sum of the Order Balance, the Composed Invoice Balance, and the Balance Receivable of the selected invoice-to business partner in all the financial companies of a multicompany structure.
Credit Limit
The selected invoice-to business partner's total credit limit in all the financial companies of a multicompany structure.
Available Credit
The total credit in all the financial companies of a multicompany structure, which the selected invoice-to business partner can still use, that is the Credit Limit amount minus the Total Balance amount.
Credit Rating
The selected invoice-to business partner's credit-rating.

Your contact at the business partner's firm.
Address
The contact's address code.
Primary Phone Number
The contact's telephone number code.
Telephone
The contact's telephone number.
Documents
Open Entries
If this check box is selected, open invoices for the selected invoice-to business partner exist. To view the open entries, click Open Entries.
BP Statements
If this check box is selected, statement of account information is available for the selected invoice-to business partner. To print the statement of accounts, click BP Statements.
Credit Profile
If this check box is selected, credit information is available for the selected invoice-to business partner. To view and maintain the business partner's credit information, click Credit Profile.
Factor Relations
If this check box is selected, the selected invoice-to business partner is linked to a factor. To select a different factor for the business partner, click Factor Relations.
Aging Analysis
If this check box is selected, open entries for the selected invoice-to business partner exist for which aging information is available. To view or print the aging analysis summary, click Aging Analysis.
Reminders
If this check box is selected, invoices for the selected invoice-to business partner exist for which you can generate reminder letters. To generate reminder letters, click Reminders.
Schedules
If this check box is selected, invoices for the selected invoice-to business partner exist for which the receipt schedule lines are linked. To view the receipt schedule lines click Schedules.
Interest Invoices
If this check box is selected, open entries for the selected invoice-to business partner exist for which you can generate interest invoices. To generate interest invoices, click Interest Invoices.
Overdue Invoices
If this check box is selected, open entries for the selected invoice-to business partner exist for which you can generate overdue invoices. To generate overdue invoices, click Overdue Invoices.
Receipts
Receipt-related Documents
If this check box is selected, open receipt-related documents exist for the selected invoice-to business partner. To view the receipt-related information, click Receipt-related Documents.
Invoice to Business Partners
Invoice-to Business Partner
The business partner to which you send invoices. This usually represents a customer's accounts payable department. The definition includes the default currency and exchange rate, invoicing method and frequency, information about the customer's credit limit, the terms and method of payment, and the related pay-by business partner.

Select an invoice-to business partner to display the business partner's balances or double-click an invoice-to business partner to view the business partner details.

Currency
The invoice-to business partner's default invoice currency.
Search Key
The invoice-to business partner's search key.
Credit Analyst
One of your employees in charge of controlling and monitoring the credit that you give to an invoice-to business partner.
Department
A company's organizational unit that carries out a specific set of tasks, for example, a sales office or a purchase office. Departments are assigned number groups for the orders they issue. The department's enterprise unit determines the financial company to which the financial transactions that the department generates are posted.
Expiry Date
The expiry date and time of the invoice-to business partner status.
