Print Statistics (tdsta2400m000)

Use this session to print the statistical results for a combination of layout code and sort code, as entered in the Statistics Layout (tdsta1610m000) session.

You can use the:

  • Statistics Layout Selection button to view and maintain the data that is used and taken into account in the report calculation in the Statistics Layout Selection (tdsta1112m000) session. You can temporarily change the data for the current report.
  • Statistics Layout Print/Page button to view and maintain the data that is printed on the report in the Statistics Layout Print/Page (tdsta1113m000) session. You can temporarily change the data for the current report.
Note

You cannot print a report if:

  • No column content is defined for the layout code.
  • The sort that is linked to the layout code is not active.

Layout

Currency
The currency in which the amounts on the report are expressed.
Rate Date
The date and time at which the rate of the report currency must be determined, which is converted from the reference currency.
Exchange Rate Type Sales
The exchange-rate type that is used to convert the sales statistical amounts from the reference currency into the report currency.

Print descriptions
If this check box is selected, descriptions are printed.
Note

You can only select this check box if the Detailed report check box is cleared for the layout code in the Statistics Layout (tdsta1610m000) session.

Print detailed discounts
If this check box is selected, a specification is printed of all discount codes in the selected period.
Note
  • This field only appears in this session if the Detailed Discount Specification check box is selected in the Statistics Parameters (tdsta0100m000) session.
  • This field is only enabled if the Detailed report check box is selected for the layout code in the Statistics Layout (tdsta1610m000) session.
Print Subprompt 1
If this check box is selected, the Subprompt 1 from the Statistics Layout Column (tdsta1114m000) session is printed.

You can only select this check box if the Detailed report check box is selected for the layout code in the Statistics Layout (tdsta1610m000) session.

Print Subprompt 2
If this check box is selected, the Subprompt 2 from the Statistics Layout Column (tdsta1114m000) session is printed.

Statistics Layout Selection
Starts the Statistics Layout Selection (tdsta1112m000) session, in which you can temporarily change the settings for the current report.
Statistics Layout Print/Page
Starts the Statistics Layout Print/Page (tdsta1113m000) session, in which you can temporarily change the settings for the current report.
