Statistics Layout Content (tdsta1111m000)

Use this session to define the type of report that is printed.

You can choose to print:

  • Different types of statistics on one line
The same Attributes with a different Content, as defined in the Statistics Layout Column (tdsta1114m000) session, are printed on one line in a separate column.
  • A fixed type of statistics for each line
The same Attributes with a different Content, as defined in the Statistics Layout Column (tdsta1114m000) session, are printed on separate lines in one column, based on the statistical types that are defined in the Content (vertical) field of the Statistics Layout Content (tdsta1111m000) session.
Note

You can print the statistics in the Print Statistics (tdsta2400m000) session.

Different types of statistics on one line

If you want to print different types of statistics on one line, you must leave the Content (vertical) field empty. In this case, Turnover, Intake and Cancellation statistics, for the attribute Amount, for instance, are printed on one line. The resulting report may look as follows:

STATISTICS BY ITEM GROUP
Item GroupTurnover Amt 2005Intake Amt 2005Cancellation Amt 2005
165780 xxxx%xxxx%xxxx.......................................
145678 xxxx%xxxx%xxxx.......................................

One type of statistics for each line

If you want a line to contain only one type of statistics, you must enter different types of statistics in the Content (vertical) field. In this case, you can print reports with data about more than one statistics type. The report may look as follows:

STATISTICS BY ITEM GROUP
Item GroupQuantity 2005Alt. Quantity 2005Amount 2005
165780 xxxx%xxxx%xxxxTurnover.......................................
Intake.......................................
Cancellation.......................................
Budget.......................................
145678 xxxx%xxxx%xxxxTurnover.......................................
Intake.......................................
Cancellation.......................................
Budget.......................................

To define this type of report, the Content (vertical) field must be filled with Turnover, Intake, Cancellation, and Budget.

You can start this session:

  • From the Statistics Layout (tdsta1610m000) session, by defining the Contents (Vertical) tab.
  • Stand-alone. As a result, you must select a Layout after which you can view, enter, and maintain the linked contents (vertical).
