Based on an activity template, you can generate the following activities: Tasks from the Global Addition of Activities (tdsmi2210m100) session. As the data to be recorded can vary from one activity to another, you can link a separate attribute set to each activity template. An activity template can be used as a basis for creating tasks and mailings. Active If this check box is selected, the activity template is in use. Type The activity type for which the template is defined. The type can be task or mailing. Information If the Type is Task, you can enter information about the task in this field. Priority If the Type is Task, assign a priority to the task. Attribute Set The attribute set that is linked to the activity template. Note When the activity is linked to a business object, this attribute set's attributes are added to the business object. Letter If the Type is Mailing, select a standard letter for mass mailing in the Mail Merge by Standard Letter (tdsmi2410m000) session.
