Use this session to view and specify a price change advice and price change advice lines for retrobilling.

Advice
The number of the price change advice.

This number is based on the number group and series of the retrobilling advices, specified in the Procurement Parameters (tdpur0100m000) session.

Status
The status of the price change advice.

Allowed values

Retrobilled Advice Status

Retro-Billing Date
The date on which the price change advice is created.
Change Request Number
The number of the change request, if retrobilling is initiated from a change request.
Order
If this check box is selected, price change advice lines are generated for the specified purchase orders.
Schedule
If this check box is selected, price change advice lines are generated for the specified purchase schedules.
Receipt
If this check box is selected, price change advice lines are generated for the specified receipts.
Update Type
The method used to update the existing price of the purchase document.

Currency
A generally accepted medium of exchange such as coins, treasury notes, and banknotes.

The following currency types are available in LN:

  • Home currency, which is used internally by companies to calculate costs, record budgets, and register tax amounts
  • Transaction currency, which is used in transactions with business partners, such as orders and invoices

This field is enabled only if the Update Type field is set to Value.

Update Percentage
The percentage by which the existing price of the specified purchase documents is updated.
Note

This field is enabled only if the Update Type field is set to Percentage. You can also specify negative values for this field.

Update Amount
The value by which the existing price of the specified purchase documents is updated.
Note

This field is enabled only if the Update Type field is set to Value. You can also specify negative values for this field.

 

Generate
Generates price change advice lines for the price change advice. You can view these lines on the Retrobilled Price Change Advice Lines tab.
Approve
Starts the Approve Retro-Billed Price Change Advice (tdpur3270m100) session in which you can approve the price change advice and advice lines for retrobilling.
Process
Starts the Process Retro-Billed Price Change Advice (tdpur3270m200) session in which you can process the approved price change advice and advice lines. Consequently, Retro-Active purchase payable receipts are generated that can be invoiced.
