Copy Price Book (tdpcg0231m100)

Use this session to copy existing price book data to a new price book or to an existing price book. Data is copied to and existing price book to update this price book.

You must first fill in the existing price book code, the item and the currency. Next, you can enter or update the following data in the new price book:

  • You can select an existing price book code or specify a new price book code. If you enter a price book code that does not exist, ERP inserts this new code in the Price Books (tdpcg0111m000) session.
  • You can enter the use of the price book, the new currency, the new effective date and the new expiry date or copy these data from the existing price book.

The new price is calculated by multiplying the price from the old price book record with the price factor.
