Subject The subject of the note. Creation Date The date on which the note is created. Last Modification Date The last date on which the note is modified. Information The text of the note. External Note If this check box is selected, this is an external
note. Note This field is only applicable if the Document Type is RFQ Negotiations, or RFQ Negotiation History. External notes can be communicated to the bidder by printing them in the Print RFQ Price and Discount Confirmation/Counter Proposal (tdpur1409m000) session. Created by The user who created the note. Last Modified by The user who last modified the note. Business Partner The business partner for whom the note is
specified. Contact The contact for whom the note is specified. Activity The activity for which the
note is specified. Document Type The business object, such as business partners, opportunities,
contacts, activities, and RFQ negotiations for which the note is originally
specified. Document The business object ID for which the note is specified. Document Line Reference The reference to the business object line. Document Detail Reference The reference to the business object detail. Note Number The sequence number number of the note. Note If multiple notes are linked to one specific business object, this number is greater than one.
