| | Compliance Check ResultsWhen an internal or external compliance check is executed, a
compliance check result record is logged, for the document compliance checks,
in the Document Compliance Check Results (tcgtc1510m000) session. If the Log History check box is selected in the Global Trade Compliance Parameters (tcgtc0100m000) session, a history record is
logged in the Document Compliance Check Results History (tcgtc1560m000) session. Note - Compliance check results cannot be specified, maintained, or
deleted manually. Additional data for the results can be added using the notes,
which are linked to the results.
- If a compliance check (internal or external) is not
successful, the document procedure cannot be continued. For sales order lines
and purchase order lines, the order line is blocked after the compliance check
failure. And, the confirmation of shipments and receipts is not possible. When
the compliance check is successful, the order line procedure can be continued,
and the shipment or receipt can be confirmed.
