Procurement Material Exceptions (tcmpr0103m000)Use this session to specify purchase material exceptions for a price list, or buy-from business partner and/or ship-from business partner. The exceptions are date-effective. Note Leave fields blank if the exception must apply to all business partners. For example, if you leave the Ship-from Business Partner field blank, the exception applies to all ship-from business partners.
Price List List of default prices and discounts for customers and
suppliers. You can link price lists to items and item groups, and to sold-to
and buy-from business partners. Note If a price list is specified, you cannot specify a business partner in the current session. The exception then applies to all buy-from business partners that have the price list linked in the Buy-from Business Partners (tccom4520m000) session. Buy-from Business Partner The business partner from whom you order goods or services;
this usually represents a supplier's sales department. The definition includes
the default price and discount agreements, purchase-order defaults, delivery
terms, and the related ship-from and invoice-from business partner. Note If a business partner is specified, you cannot specify a price list in this session. Ship-from Business Partner The business partner who ships the ordered goods to your
organization. This usually represents a supplier's distribution center or
warehouse. The definition includes the default warehouse at which you want to
receive the goods and if you want to inspect the goods, the carrier that takes
care of the transport, and the related buy-from business partner. Note If a business partner is specified, you cannot specify a price list in this session. Effective Date The first day on which a record or a setting is valid. The
effective date often includes the effective time. Expiry Date The date from which a record or a setting is no longer valid.
The expiry date often includes the expiry time. Text If this check box is selected, a text is present.
Only Effective Exceptions If this command is marked, only the effective exceptions are displayed.
