Mask Code
The mask for which you view, create, or maintain mask segments.
Segment Number
The number that indicates the sequence of the mask segments. The sequence numbers do not need to be consecutive.
Segment Type
The type of information that the segment contains.

Segment Length
The segment's number of positions. LN displays a default segment length, but for some segment types you can change the default length.
Segment Value
The value that belongs to the segment type.
  • If the segment type is Alphanumeric, the defined alphanumeric string is displayed.
  • If the segment type is Sequence, the first free sequence number is displayed.
